Plan your visit…
Springfield Baptist Church (SBC) has been serving Robertson County since 1866. We would like to welcome you to our community. We are centrally located in downtown Springfield (directions).
What to expect
Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or have been following Jesus for decades, we would love for you to worship with us, join a group, and serve alongside our SBC family. Dress comfortable and there is open seating in the sanctuary.
What are Sundays like?
There are a number of ways for you and your family to worship with us! Childcare is available for ages 3 and younger, and children in pre-K–3rd grade attend Children’s Worship. Students in 5th grade and older attend our 8:00 or 10:45 a.m. worship service with the adults. You can also be part of our online community by watching our weekly livestream!
Each service includes worship, prayer, and baptism celebrations. Pastor David Evans PhD. (or an occasional guest speaker) shares a sermon filled with biblical truth.
American Sign Language (ASL)
American Sign Language interpretation is provided during the 10:45 a.m. Sunday worship service. Guests and members who are deaf or hard of hearing are invited to sit in the reserved rows (right front) in the Worship Center to receive interpretation.
Beyond Sunday
Church life is much more than attending a weekly worship service. SBC offers a variety of ways for you to get connected with our church family.
